Y10 GCSE Food

Executive Chef Darren Booker-Wilson recently visited the school to deliver a masterclass in chocolate and sugar work – and what a treat it was! Year 10 GCSE Food students got hands-on experience piping, dipping strawberries, and crafting stunning sugar nests and spirals.
Since then, the workshop has been replicated for all Year 10 GCSE Food students, giving everyone a chance to develop impressive finishing techniques.

A fun and creative way to round off the year – and a brilliant foundation for the practical challenges ahead in Year 11!
