Wimbledon

On Tuesday 7th July, we took 8 students to experience Day 9 of Wimbledon. We spent the day on Court 2, watching some fantastic high stakes tennis as the tournament moved into its crucial second week. 

We were treated to a brilliant lineup of both quarter-final and semi-final doubles matches, which included watching Britain’s Henry Patten progress through to the semi-finals in a tense, final set tiebreaker!  Watching the drama of these knockout stages unfold in person was an unforgettable experience! The students represented the school brilliantly throughout the day, bringing plenty of enthusiasm to the stands! 🎾
