🦁 Grand Finale Assembly

21st August 2026 - Summer School Day 5 ☀️🏫

What an incredible final day at Summer School! Today our new Year 7 students brought their whole week together for a grand finale, showcasing their amazing creativity, teamwork, and school spirit:

🎭 Mask Making: Students put the finishing touches on their vibrant lion masks, adding all the creative details needed to bring The Lion King to life!

🦁 Grand Finale Assembly: Everyone gathered to celebrate a fantastic week! Groups took the stage to share creative stories and catchy jingles summarising their favorite memories and lessons from Summer School.

It has been a joy watching this amazing group build friendships, grow in confidence, and live out our Kingsdown BEATs all week long. We are so proud of everything they’ve accomplished and can’t wait to officially welcome them in September!
