Absence Reporting
If your child is absent from school, parents should

  • Telephone the school as soon as possible on 01793 822284
  • Send a letter confirming reason for absence to the child's tutor immediately on return to school
  • Be aware that any unexplained absences are recorded as unauthorised; this number is recorded on school reports
  • Apply to the school in advance for leave of absence (i.e. family holidays and extended trips). Forms are available from the Head of Year.
